We’re based in Europe and ship worldwide with tracked, reliable services. Once your order is placed, it will be carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Customs & Import Duties.

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, we can’t predict or cover these fees.

Returns

All rugs are final sale and non-returnable. These are vintage, one-of-a-kind pieces, and we do our best to show them accurately through detailed photos and descriptions. If you’d like more information or extra images before purchasing, just send us a message — we’re happy to help you feel confident in your choice.

No cancellations. Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been shipped. If you need to make a change shortly after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
