If the item you received isn’t quite what you expected or doesn’t work in your space, we offer store credit for returns on regular-priced rugs. To be eligible, the return must be requested and shipped back within 3 days of delivery. This ensures the rug hasn’t been in another home for too long, allowing the next buyer to know its history. The buyer covers both initial and return shipping costs, and a $50 restocking fee applies. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Some of our rugs are in perfect vintage condition, while others may have minor imperfections that add to their character. For instance, some rugs may have small, slightly visible stains that are difficult to remove, or minor fraying on the edges. However, these imperfections do not impact the overall beauty or functionality of the rug. We always provide detailed descriptions for each rug, noting any imperfections, so you’ll have a clear understanding of its condition before purchasing.
